We light our chalice for a free and responsible search for truth and meaning.
What does this mean to you?
In 2012 on the 4th day of Chalica, two members of our community (two young Iowa cousins) were found unfortunately they were not alive. Four years later there are still no answers to what happened to them. One of my dear friends, Diane and her family were neighbors and friends of one of the girl, and she use to visit with them to church. We will never forget what happened.
In 2010 on the 4th day of Chalica we had just passed the 3,000 views mark. Today we are 34,551 views!
I hope that there are many more people celebrating Chalica this year.
